Where can you ship Threes Brewing beer?
We currently ship to a select number of states across the US, including New York, Pennsylvania, and others where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is legal. Please check our shipping map at checkout for the most up-to-date list of available locations.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires that someone 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID be present to sign for any delivery containing alcohol. Carriers are not permitted to leave packages unattended.
How should I store my beer once it arrives?
To maintain maximum freshness and flavor profile, we recommend keeping all of our beers refrigerated at all times until you are ready to enjoy them.
What is your return policy for online orders?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on beer. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer local pickup for online orders?
Yes, we offer free local pickup at our Brooklyn and Greenpoint locations. Simply select the 'Pickup' option at checkout and wait for an email notification that your order is ready.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
The majority of our beers are vegan. We do not use fining agents like isinglass or gelatin. If a specific beer contains lactose or honey, it will be clearly noted in the product description on the shop page.
